Whisker & Woof

After a string of bad experiences with another vet. I brought my elderly Italian Greyhound to Whisker and Woof with complex dental issues. Jason and his team were amazing both with Milo and myself. I couldn't be more impressed. 🐾❤️🐾

Just wanted to say a big you to all the brilliant care all around from Jason and the whole team who looked after our young puppy Lola so well. She was taken quite ill with gastro problems, thankfully after being treated and looked after she is back to her happy self again. Highly recommend Whisker and Woof

As my cat is entering her senior years and associated health issues, I'm very happy to have found this practice! It's silly to say, but as someone who looks 16 without makeup, I've had previous vets in London be clearly uncomfortable having what they perceived to be difficult money and treatment conversations with me (and you definitely start needing to have these conversations once your cat hits 12-15 years old). By contrast, I found Jason to be proactive and clear about various diagnostic and treatment options, and happy to help me make an informed choice. I also really appreciate that everyone in the practice is kind to distressed pet parents and clearly delighted to see your pet, this means a lot in times of stress and anxiety about your pet's health. Just a very well-rounded practice overall, I appreciate that they invest in equipment such as being able to do an ultrasound on-site, pleasant premises, great up-to-date advice, amazing team.

We had a very good experience with this vet practice and would highly recommend them. Our 20 year old cat Millie’s health suddenly deteriorated recently and as our usual vet was closed, we called Whisker and Woof to see if they could help. We knew it was time to let her go and didn’t want her to suffer. They kindly fitted us in. After a thorough examination, Jason agreed that it was best to put Millie to sleep. Both he and Melissa were very kind to us and Millie and we were offered as much time with her as we wanted. Their care of us continued after and we were very surprised and extremely touched when the next day, they checked in with us to see if we were ok. In over 40 years of caring for cats, we’ve never experienced this exceptional level of care before. Thank you , Elisabeth and John

We were very happy with the service for our 3 young kittens plus their mom. The vet and nurse were attentive, made us feel comfortable, and ensured the cats were treated with care. All of our (numerous) questions were answered and we left happy

Great experience at Whisker & Woof for our new baby bunny, Alpine Clover, who had surgery over the summer. Very professional, knowledgeable and reassuring both pre & post surgery. Alpine Clover had an excellent recovery and his wound healed beautifully. We would not hesitate to recommend Jason and his friendly, helpful team.

We cannot recommend Whisker and Woof highly enough! Our dog, Frasier, always receives the most exceptional care here. From the moment you walk through the door, the whole team makes you feel welcome and completely at ease. Jason is simply brilliant. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine love for animals shines through in everything he does. We have absolute trust in him and know Frasier is always in the very best hands. The staff are equally outstanding – kind, attentive, and always going above and beyond to make sure both pets and owners feel reassured. The practice itself feels more like a 5-star hotel than a veterinary surgery – immaculate, comfortable, and designed with both pets and their humans in mind. It’s clear how much thought and care has gone into creating such a wonderful environment. Frasier actually looks forward to his visits, which says it all! Ive been to Whisker and Woof twice now with one of my cats in an emergency. They are amazing, everyone is calm and reassuring. I felt so supported and comforted. It's such a lovely atmosphere within the clinic and all staff are knowledgeable and happy to help, you get a real vibe that they care. It was so easy for me to feel comfortable and to trust the vet at this practice that I've decided to move all of my animals veterinary needs over to Whisker and Woof. As a side note, the quirky animal art on the walls made me smile and the stylish furniture is fab too! Thank you for your help, from Rolo, Skittles and the babies!

We feel so lucky to have such an incredible vet near where we live - as first time cat owners we were a bit nervous about a lot of things, but from day one Jason and the team has been fantastic. From the kitten checks, vaccinations and her spaying operation, everyone at Whisker and Woof has been so informative, kind, and professional - they only recommend what is best for your pet, even down to the charming post-operative jacket they popped her in! The location itself is warm and welcoming, with complimentary tea and coffee (very nice touch), and helps creates a lovely stress-free environment. Jason and the nurses are incredibly gentle and thorough with what they do, and we couldn’t be happier with the service that they provide, we know our pets will be in very safe hands :) PS - Jason is an artist when it comes to suturing, and could reattach the wings to the back of a fly. 10/10.
