We took our 8 week old puppy for her 1st vaccination to Parkvets Belvedere. Both the receptionist and the vet (Savannah) were very friendly and welcoming. Savannah gave our puppy a thorough check up before vaccinating her. Our puppy didn’t even notice her injection as she was too busy eating a treat from Savannah. Thank you for making our puppy’s 1st vet experience a happy one, we’ll see you in 2 weeks time for her 2nd injection.

Every visit is wonderful the staff are amazing and I cannot fault them. However, I have recently learnt that they no longer take direct claims from different insurance companies. Please enquire to ensure your pets are covered.

Due to an emergency, I had to look for a vet closer to home and was very glad I chose Parkvets. They booked me in on the same day and gave their upmost attention to my cat. Though being shoved full of needles is never pleasant, they made sure they were careful and took their time to reduce my cats anxiety. I was walked though everything such as his care plan, costings and felt well informed.
