Battersea Square Vets are truly amazing. As soon as you walk into the vets you are welcomed the staff are all amazing so kind and friendly and welcoming. The Vets Dr. Tristan and Dr. Sarah they are professional-independent and really care about all pets coming into their vets. They explain everything without making you feel stressed putting your mind at ease. Any questions you need answering helping as much as they can always try to find a solution. I have looked for a vet for a long time, and I have travelled 1/30mins to travel to Battersea Square Vets. This vets is so much better than any other vets. I fully recommend these Vets. They are absolutely amazing. While , my dog was having Procedure done on his teeth they help me with anxiety. I had making me feel much calmer and ease reminding me. They are professionals and will look after my dog like he was their own. My dogs are both anxious and they both were calm when visiting this Vets and that says a lot to me. Fully recommend this Vets absolutely100% This Vets also said they didn’t like the way other vets treated Pets and the owners. Cannot thank Tristan and his team enough for everything they did for our dog. We travelled far to find a vet that would be able help us with relocating and all the paperwork involved. In the initial consultations, Tristan was so thorough with checking over our dog making sure he was fit to travel and reassuring/ answering our many questions. He also read thoroughly through all the conditions needed for the paperwork- this put our minds at ease that nothing could go wrong. Will be recommending everyone to use Battersea Square Vets, would 100% change our normal vets to this practice if we were in the country still. Their care and attention is very much above and beyond any other vets I have visited.

I’m so impressed with Battersea Square Vets! The whole team is warm, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. They took fantastic care of my dog Ahna, they explained clearly and kindly what was wrong and how best to treat my dog. The whole experience was stress-free from start to finish. The clinic is welcoming, clean and modern. It’s great to have such a brilliant new vet in Battersea Square.

Me and my dog, teddy, moved here from Canada about two months ago and I was a bit worried about finding vets as good as the ones I had back home from all the horrific stories I’ve heard. Battersea square vets was on my way to work everyday and reading the reviews here I figured they must be doing things right. I was extremely impressed and happy with the overall experience! Nicest staff, great location and space and Tristan really took the time to understand and examine Teddy and his eye issue and thoroughly walked me through the condition and treatments. A big relief that I have found the right place and I highly recommend them. Thank you battersea square vets team!

I negotiated the euthanasia of my daughter’s elderly cat but she was able to take the cat for the final act. All the staff, both on the ‘phone and in person, were totally charming and helpful and always had the best interests of both the pet and owner in the forefront of their management. This was particularly evident in the explanation and performance of the euthanasia. When my daughter asked for the bill when leaving, she was told not to worry and that the bill would be sent at a later date and when I ‘phoned almost a week later, not having received it, I was told that they didn’t want to trouble her with the bill too soon. The bill was very reasonable We were totally delighted with the care which we received from Battersea. Square Vets and would recommend them without reservation for their outstanding personalised care. I wrote this review before my daughter received a delightful condolence card from the Vets - many thanks On reading my original review I realised that I had not included several important words - perfectly clean, spacious, beautifully equipped and all members of the staff were totally professional. Mimi, our tiny Yorkshire Terrier, had a cancerous tumor, and the vet performed the surgery perfectly. Thanks to their amazing care, Mimi is fully regaining her health. They pay attention to every little detail and treat each pet like family — truly an outstanding vet. Highly recommended!

Tristan and his team took amazing care of our dog. They were extremely thorough, caring and detailed. They took so much time to answer all of our questions and to make sure our dog had the best experience. Tristan is so knowledgeable and clear in his explanations. Recently joined Battersea Square Vets and could not be happier. The team here are all lovely, incredibly well informed and honest, with super fast and reliable communication. They made me feel at ease and calm, which in turn had knock on effect for my Cat - their separated Cat waiting room with calming pheromones worked wonders, and was a really nice touch. I cannot underplay how important and reassuring it is to have a Vets you can trust. The entire team are really upfront and give you the facts straight, as well as showering my Cat with compliments and praise, which always goes a long way to winning me over! They reply on Whatsapp very quickly with as much information as you could want, and are happy to answer any questions. I made the switch from a local branch of a Vet franchise after I received some very strange results. At a free dental check up, 2 months after a positive regular health check up, I was told my cat would need up to 4 teeth removed due to dental decay, and I was given a sizable bill. I immediately got the impression something wasn't adding up, so I booked in with Battersea Square Vets instead. They were amazing, they were kind and gentle with my cat and took extra time to double check her teeth twice. I was told openly that she probably only needed a scale and polish, and that they would never want to put an animal under anaesthetic or remove their teeth if it wasn't necessary, and that they will also check whilst she's under to confirm. During the procedure I was called and given the update - they had taken some xrays of one particular tooth and would send that off to a specialist at no extra charge. This team truly care about your pet, and spare no time or expense in providing the advice, care and support they need. As someone who adores my Cat, I could not be happier. All round an incredible service, would highly recommend them to all pet lovers. Huge thank you to Tristan, Sarah, Luciana, Poppy and Hannah.

I can’t say enough good things about this veterinary practice. I am moving from the UK to the US and need a lot of paperwork and for my cat to meet specific health/vaccine requirements. This practice was extremely thorough making sure all requirements were met and even checking the paperwork over email with officials in the US. I had complete faith in their work and it totally took the stress of making sure my cat makes it to the US off me. Thank you so much Tristan, Poppy, and team! Definitely use this practice for a team of very kind and dedicated individuals!
