Great experience, reassuring, friendly, caring and careful with our little kittens. Took them in for routine flea / worming treatment and Vet James was super patient and gentle with two nervous little kittens, giving tips and advice for their care. Lovely experience.

So pleased that we made a switch to Petals. After such a bad experience at a well known vet chain our cat Jackson is now a much happier healthier little cat. Can’t thank the staff enough for the care that they provide. I would definitely recommend this vets. Our cat Jackson’s health has improved and the stomach problems he had have now cleared up. Once again thank you to James and the rest of the team.

We had a fantastic experience at Petals Vets. Our 9 year old greyhound Mary had to have 9 teeth out and James did a great job and took great care of her. The whole team are so friendly and welcoming, you are greeted with a warm welcome on reception and it is a calm environment which we valued as our dog can get quite nervous. What I really valued was the aftercare appointments which were included as part of their service. In the past we have used non-independent chains and never got that kind of aftercare service. Petals Vets were also much more affordable and well priced. We really valued the personal feel and will be taking Mary here from now on. Thank you for looking after her so well.

Absolutely love James and the team! Our boys are happy and relaxed at each visit - our Rottie in particular who had some bad experiences with our previous practice. If you want a quality vet practice that puts building a relationship with your pet at the forefront of everything, with quality care - then definitely register here.

Petals are brilliant! We have had a couple of appointments there now and I am extremely impressed with the level of care my dog receives, the attentiveness of the team and how willing they are to accommodate our needs. I do a lot of Cooperative Care training with Buffy and have struggled to find vets who know what that is and who are willing to take the time to work with me and my dog to get procedures done with her consent. As a certified dog trainer who specialises in helping dogs feel more comfortable with vet/handling procedures, I cannot recommend Petals enough. Having a team that is willing to work with us is going to elevate our training even further which we are very grateful for. The fact that going to visit the Petals' team is one of Buffy's favourite activities says it all!

I can’t recommend Petals Vets enough. James is incredibly kind and gentle with my cat, always taking the time to make him feel safe and comfortable. The care is professional, thorough, and full of genuine compassion. Every time I visited my cat looked so relaxed and happy. The reception is also always so kind and helpful over the phone as well. I’m very happy to have such a wonderful vet so close by.

The staff are amazing. They are all so friendly. The care my cat received from beginning to end was second to none. They genuinely care about every pet they see. I was informed of how Coco was doing with a picture attached as soon as she had been treated. That little personal touch means so much.
