We arrived as they opened their door with our very sick cat and they could not have been kinder (receptionist, Michelle (nurse) and Olivia (vet)). There was immediate compassion, pain relief administered and true care for our beautiful Billee. Thank you.

Not a good vets. Every time I call they can’t find my pets details. They tell me different information , no reminders and I do not feel confident at all.

I took my dog in today to see nurse Abbie due to a lump that appeared on my dogs leg. Abbie was extremely kind, attentive and thorough. I was worried about whether the lump was benign or not and she kindly took my dog to the vet who pricked the lump and was able to confirm that it was a cyst. Everything she explained to me was clear and it really felt like she took the time help.

I took my 2 puppies to this vet for vaccinations wormers and flea treatments. I pay a monthly subscription for this service. I have had no text to advise me my dogs are due their next appointment and when I rang I was given the wrong information. When I did take my dogs in I was only given half the prescription for one dog ? When I rang I was informed my dog did not need the treatment ? on the next call I was told she had had the treatment? On the third call I was told it was in the surgery waiting for me to pick up? Each call I was told the vet would call me back and they never did. How can they make so many misdemeanours. If I had not persuad my dog would have had no medication for 2 months? When I inquired why the surgery had not contacted me to remind me my dogs were due an appointment which I was informed was part of this great service.I was told it must not have been put on the head office computer system so it was not their fault. I am now going to find a new vet . Absolutely disgusting service and not one apology.
