My experience was faultless. Very friendly and polite receptionists. The vet that treated my dog was an angel! Thank you.

We have been coming here for almost a year now. The reception staff are really lovely, Natasha always asks how are guineas are doing :) The vets thoroughly examine our pets, they don’t rush the appointment, always take time to explain and answer any questions. Gerda did a castration on our guinea Fuzzie, everything went perfectly and he was back to his charming self in no time. Thank you to you all for care and kindness

We moved to Teddington 2.5 years ago and for two years they took care of our elderly cat Charlie. When his time was up, they could not have been kinder or more compassionate. A humane process with some lovely, thoughtful and unexpected touches like paw prints on a card and some of his hair in a small glass jar. Made an awful process almost bearable. A month ago we adopted a rescue dog from Spain and again they’ve been amazing. When he had ticks they were great. They’ve helped us to navigate pet insurance and made sure we got “fun appointments” where your pet goes to the vet to be spoiled and played with so they don’t associate the place with bad things. The clinicians are amazing, but frankly the front of house staff and the nurses are the heart and soul of this wonderful company. From happy, thankful customers - a heartfelt thank you

Wonderful vets, extremely caring staff and they take their time no big rush. We brought our guinea pig baxter Roy to be neutered and from the first appointment to now they have been wonderful. They even took the time to call today to see how he was getting on. Thank you for looking after our little guy
