I cannot say enough great things about Young’s - Michelle and the vet/doctor (I wish I remembered her name!) at the Chiswick branch were lifesavers for me! I was in urgent need of obtaining a fit to fly certification for a flight I had the following day and wasn’t able to find availability at any vets in the area. Michelle did everything she could to find an opening for me (which at the start of the day didn’t seem like it would be possible). I was able to visit around noon and left with the fit to fly soon after. The vet is super helpful, friendly, professional and let me know I will want to get one of my puppy’s teeth extracted if it doesn’t come out on it’s own in the next few months, which isn’t something I would have known about had I not seen her. Thank you!!!

Youngs have cared for our 22 year old cat for much of her life, right upto the end when we had to have her put to sleep yesterday. They have always been amazing- caring, gentle and very professional. Thank you all.

I’d like to share the great experience we’ve had with veterinarian Clara, who has been looking after our cat, Gucio, for years. She’s incredibly patient, explains everything clearly, and always puts both us and our cat at ease. Her care, professionalism, and compassion truly stand out—we completely trust her and always come back, knowing Gucio is in the best hands. Thank you Clara!!

We are very disappointed with their customer service. We had an appointment for an injection that takes literally 5 mn for which they charge 90 £. They have a 10mn late policy , understandably, but we arrived at 18h18 (8 mn later than the policy allows., to be honest) but the place was empty , no customers waiting and rather then just taking the time to do it and offer a good customer experience they just enforced their policy, in our view quite rudely. No flexibility , and nothing kind in the way they almost liked us out of the place. We would have understand if they were busy but the place was desert , when the veterinarian saw us coming she went into her office and sent the receptionist to tell us they would not do it , and she had zero empathie. We don’t recommend this place and we won’t use their service any longer. Probably other veterinarians will be happy to take our money and will offer a more flexible and kind service .

Young vets spayed my cat yesterday and they were absolutely amazing. From the consultation explaining my cats other conditions to answering my concerns in a patient and friendly manner left me feeling comforted and well informed. The receptionists and Victoria the vet were brilliant. The procedure went extremely well and I am so grateful to you guys. A great team! Thank you from me and Mimi.
