Vet tried to offer surgery for a SIMPLE UTI. £1,600 of SURGICAL treatment that some simple oral pills fixed. Disgusting and downright dispicable after the information we proffered to the VET at the time, I think you need to review WHOM you are employing, I will most likely refer this to Veterinary standards. I have the name recorded.

I have 3 cats and have been with the practice since 2021. I have been really pleased with the practice until yesterday when I took Dolly my ragdoll to have some matted fur removed she is on a monthly plan and I pay a monthly cost yet I was charged just over £37 to have some fur removed that was matted, only a small amout which I couldn't get out and it was too close to her skin for me to cut off. If I knew how much this would have cost I would have purchased some cat clippers from amazon for £9.99. This is an extortionate amount of money for a very small task and I'm really disappointed that they can charge such an amount. Inflation is ridiculous at the moment however this takes the absolute biscuit and is shocking. If I could give no stars I would!

An excellent veterinary practice. I brought my severely injured cat here a year ago, and she was seen immediately with outstanding care and advice. The team were completely transparent from the start, and it was clear that their top priority was her wellbeing, which is rare to find these days. I have also brought my Rottweiler, who suffers from a bit of claustrophobia and can be anxious at the vet. The staff took extra time and care to make him feel comfortable and safe, and they managed to give him his vaccinations without any trouble. I cannot recommend this vet highly enough.

I take my dog to the vet in old isleworth they are all great there always put me at ease very friendly and helpful also efficient staff/service I have attached a picture of my dog on a walk to the vet's to get her nails cut 🥰

Mixed feelings about this place. The vet I came in contact with himself is fine, he answered all questions and took care of my cat well. I called one day asking a general question to the receptionist (thinking she would check with the vet) instead she spent our call googling answers and humming when she didn't have an answer to a query. It was the weirdest phone call of my life... The surgery is old, outdated and needs a good cleaning.
