The staff member answering calls on the main appointment line (not Hammersmith) was extremely unhelpful. He barely listened, rushed through his responses, and it was very clear he was trying to end the call as quickly as possible. This is unacceptable, especially when callers are trying to arrange important or urgent appointments. Effective listening, patience and clear communication are essential in these situations, and this experience fell well below an acceptable standard.

Professional & knowledgeable. Staff demonstrate caring consideration & empathy ~ both to the pets they are treating and to their owners. No hesitation whatever in recommending to anybody who qualifies to use their service.

I brought my dog in for a procedure under general anaesthetic. The nurse was so kind. He took lots of time to explain everything and for me to ask questions and voice any concerns not only about the procedure but about any other health issues I might be worried about. So reassuring. Similarly when I collected my dog, he went through how the procedure had gone, how my dog was doing, invited questions and was so very kind and caring. I would give more stars if I could!

Everything about my experience was good. They found the problem almost right away. Fixed it and we were home the next day with our pet. I am so grateful. They saved her life.
