Everything went perfectly. It is by far the best veterinary clinic I have ever been to. The facilities are very new and modern, and the staff are extremely friendly, both to me and to my dog. The app they have runs really well. 100% recommeded.

My dog Albert has always hated vets, but he LOVES Creature Comforts in Chelsea! The team are so nice and welcoming, from the moment you walk into the practice you feel at home. They even let Albert choose his treat from the Halloween basket. Lovely friendly team, and amazing vets that make you feel so comfortable and safe. I’m so happy I found this practice

We recently joined Creature Comforts Chelsea, and the service has been exceptional. Our Cavapoo, Ziggy, absolutely loves the team — they always make such a fuss of him! Communication is excellent, and the app makes it so easy to manage his health and access vets on demand. Ziggy recently had a teeth scale and polish. We were kept updated throughout the procedure. The vets even called during to discuss X-rays and arranged a tooth extraction on the spot, saving Ziggy from another anaesthetic. The facilities are spotless, and the team took the time to explain everything clearly, explaining the X-Rays and provided tips for keeping Ziggy’s teeth clean. He’s now healing well and back to his happy self. Highly recommend the Chelsea team — they truly care about both pets and owners.

Well I just took my two for their first visit to Creature Comforts and they were treated like royalty. If the team there keep up this level of extraordinary customer care they will surely be the only Vets in town in no time. Excellent customer service and a beautiful premises. Everyone there could not have seemed happier to see us. 😊
