Used to be a great vet but has sadly gone very downhill very fast. My pet has been very let down by them twice in a row now. Today they closed and didn’t notify me, came all the way here with a toddler and Very Anxious Dog to find a closed surgery. Wouldn’t have taken much to call clients to let them know, especially in this case where they know my personal circumstances.

I dread anything going wrong with my pet. Had to take him for a sore leg. Great vet but Very expensive 10 minutes diagnosis and advice.

I wouldn’t know what to do without Medivet Medivet have been excellent with my dog two dogs poppy and Romeo and would highly recommend. They will always go above and beyond for my two dogs.

Very disappointing experience with this Medivet branch. The staff attitude was unhelpful and unfriendly. The most shocking part was receiving a sudden debt letter claiming I owe £67, even though I had never received any invoice, reminder, or explanation before this. There was no clear communication about the charge, and instead of contacting me properly, they escalated it directly to a debt collection notice with additional fees. This is extremely unprofessional and caused unnecessary stress. I do not recommend this clinic. Their communication is poor, their service attitude is bad, and they add unexpected charges without proper explanation.

Medivet staff are absolutely lovely, I showed up yesterday to pick up and transport a rescued pigeon from them on behalf of London Wildlife Protection and they were extremely sweet and offered a cat carrier for me to use for transportation! Also kept the pigeon safe for a prolonged period of time until I was available to transport. It’s very meaningful to know that this organisation is open to helping all animals in London, not just our pets. Highly recommend working with them 💚
