I came in as an emergency to obtain an Animal Health Certificate, as I was travelling the same day and the vet I originally had an appointment with did not, in the end, have the necessary documents. I was taken care of immediately. The reception staff fully understood the situation I was in and did everything they could to find a solution. The vet was very kind and pleasant, as were the reception staff, who even offered me a coffee while I was waiting. Thank you again! I highly recommend them.

This practice is simply great!!! Always find appointment when needed, very friendly, staff actually do care about our dog, receptionists and doctors are very professional, caring, friendly and provide fantastic services and care for our dog. I have been with few other vets before, so I can compare. This practice stands beyond all of them. Thank you so much. We really appreciate everything you have done for our dog.
