Excellent, everything you want from a surgery. They care about your pets and have a highly skilled team on hand. Parking is terrible but it's worth the hassle for the skill level. Medivet should give the team a whole new top of the range facility, they are a flagship practice.

Day 1: advised our cat needed bloods and a scan. They charged for sedation. Bloods were inconclusive and yet somehow decided that scan wasn’t indicated - discharged without a diagnosis and painkillers. Told us to drop off urine and said they’d call to check in the next day. Day 2: cat was sicker, no phone call, spent so long calling and holding and requesting updates, told repeatedly they’d call back, they didn’t and we had to go back to get any answers. Told she needs a scan after all (so doubling the risks and costs of sedation) and we opted for first appointment of the day to delay her starvation period. Day 3: dropped her off at 9am, starved for 12 hours. By 2pm no one had even attempted a scan. 16 hours of no food for a 15 year old cat. And not a single update until we phoned. Worst part - not a single person to raise a complaint with. Told to send an email.
