Genuinely cannot fault this practice. We have had many animals across the years and can truly say this is the best practice we have been too. The team are always so lovely and friendly, our furry friends are excited to go to vet and haven’t got an ounce of anxiety during their visits. I recommend this practice to anyone and everyone! 🐾🥰 (If you could could consider an app for us socially awkward humans to book appointments that would be great too! 😂)

Just found this local veterinary surgery after spending years travelling over to the East End to the only vet that I could find who, I felt I could trust and have faith in. I have been to NoviVet twice now with each of my cats and so far I have received an excellent service. Rafael took time to explain everything to my husband and I and didn't make us feel rushed. He even took great care of me too when I felt a bit lightheaded! Very professional and the practice is ultra clean, tidy and well organised, as well as being so much closer. Thank you.

Excellent Vet practice. The attention to detail and level of care is fantastic. We are very happy to have NoviVet look after the health and well being of our Golden Retriever. Very friendly and caring staff, very clean facilities and easy onsite parking. Thank you for being so wonderful and caring towards our Furbabies.

Extremely friendly and helpful reception staff. Lovely clean and comfortable waiting area. My dog had a heart scan. The vet was amazing - took his time, patiently listened and reassured me regarding treating and monitoring my dogs health issues. So pleased I decided to change vets from a big corporate chain.
