Noivets , was so helpful and accommodating when my own vets could not offer an appointment for my dog .Very pleased with the care and attention they showed my dog , have now transferred to this vets . Lovely caring vets nurses and receptionists so pleased with with the care both my dogs have received, we recommend them them to all our family and friends and anyone looking for vets , as they also reasonably priced as well .

I had an appointment with Rafa and I would like to say how pleased I am with our visit. He was so personable and informative and explained everything so thoroughly to me and my daughter. Rafa was also brilliant with Duke fussing him and making him at ease. We are so glad we made the swap to your practice and can’t thank you enough for your help today.

Jamie has seen Rafa on several occasions and for the first time last night he met Mariana. I can honestly say that they are both extremely knowledgeable friendly professional vets and you can tell the love for animals shines through. The practice is wonderfully clean and reception staff are super friendly. I was worried about moving from a Vets that I have used For the last 30 years or so As their lead Vet had left. I am so glad I moved to novivet.

NoviVet are fantastic! I’ve had awful experiences with previous vets so was a breath of fresh air to have a practice so outstanding. From every appointment and care / operation with my dog, they have been fantastic. The vets are incredibly knowledgeable and walk you through explanations to help you understand and share drawings to describe how the operation would be carried out which reassured me. The girls on reception are very welcoming and warming upon arrival. Highly recommended and wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else!

It was our first visit but straight away the reception staff went out of their way to get an appointment for my dog that same day. The vet was very friendly and put my anxious dog at ease. She thoroughly examined her and gave explanations along the way explaining what she was doing. I left feeling comfortable with the diagnosis and the medication my dog was given. Again on leaving the reception staff were friendly and helped us re-explaining how the medication needed to be given.

We’ve been registered with a few vets over the years, both locally to bexleyheath and also further afield, I can honestly say NoviVet is the best practice we’ve had the pleasure of attending. Every member of the team we have encountered has been kind, compassionate and friendly! I wholeheartedly trust them with our fury family members! The compassion they showed when we had to make an incredibly difficult decision to have one of our dogs to sleep due to medical issues was second to none - even staying open late to facilitate us having time at home before it happened, the team from the receptionists, to the nurses and vets are fantastic!
